The VWSKIP is specially designed to provide accurate and reliable weighing whilst withstanding the demands of skip loading. Skip weighing is a demanding application and one that should not be underestimated. Most platform scales fail under the constant loading and unloading of high capacity skips but the VWSKIP’s over size channel frame, foot spreader plates, superior build quality and IP67 quality stainless steel loadcells ensure it will stand up to the toughest of environments.
Lifting lugs allow the VWSKIP to be easily lifted and transported by skip lorries. Lifting lugs are fitted as standard to the VWSKIP allowing it to be easily picked up and transported using a standard skip lorry. The lugs also ensure that the platform can be safely and securely placed down and located once it arrives at it’s destination.
