Description
The PLU software for the Cardinal 825 is the complete Labelling and Traceability solution. The system can handle an almost unlimited number of PLUs and all PLU information can be imported from an Excel spreadsheet prior to use. The simple to use touch screen and QWERTY keypad then makes adding, editing and selecting PLUS quick and easy. Fully customisable label forms can be uploaded into the indicator from the customer’s own existing or new design.
Full traceability for meat processing is supported with born, reared, slaughtered and cut databases as well as fully flexible Use By and Best Before date settings and EC Oval requirements.
As well an individual product labels the system prints box labels and has accumulators for number of items and weight. Excel reports can be quickly saved onto a USB stick, emailed, sent via text or saved directly onto a PC using FTP or CIFS.
Live remote monitoring, viewing and control of the system is available via a built in webserver from any PC on the same network giving operators complete visibility and control of their production.
